You must be at least 18 years old to use Sociapex.pro. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Sociapex provides tools for social media growth, analytics, and scheduling. You may only use content you own or have permission to use. We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the platform or violate social platform policies.
All payments are final once processed. Refunds are only granted in special cases. Completed orders are non-refundable.
All content, software, and design on Sociapex.pro belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us rights to use it for the Services.
Sociapex is not responsible for any account issues caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
You may terminate your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved in competent local courts.
